SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders above RM150 within Malaysia and Singapore except of furniture.
Home Furniture products: Free Shipping on furniture orders that met requirement at checkout page in Malaysia and Singapore.
Note for Furniture: Timesupco launch an unlimited furniture purchase with a flat rate for customers in Malaysia, Singapore and the USA, it turns out that shipping prices are based on flat rates geared to be more cost effective for customers who purchase in bulk. Timesupco wants to offer the best delivery rates to all customers.
We deliver our furniture to the destination address. We do not send upstairs or provide installation service in the current situation. If customer insist on, our customer may resolve privately to the abang driver.
For remote areas in Cameron Highland, Langkawi, Johor(Kukup, Endau, Mersing, Desaru), Negeri Sembilan(Kuala Pilah, Bahau, Labis), Pahang(Kuala Lipis), and Peral(Gerik), there might be an additional delivery cost does not exceed of RM200.
Singapore customers: Please note an exclusion tax of Singapore GST 7% are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is free for orders above $220 and a $25 flat fee for orders less than $220. We ship to over 120 countries around the world.
Friendly Reminder of Furniture: Due to the restrictions in your country, for international customers in the USA and Canada* who are interested, furniture is only available on the USA and Canada site.
Duties and Taxes: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, but we are still trying our best to develop a Free custom fees route for our supporters around the world. Also, custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package, it is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping in Malaysia or in Singapore takes an estimated 3-5 business days. International shipping takes an estimated 5-14 business days.
China customers: Please note that shipping time to China can take longer due to customs clearance process.
Personalized products: Please note that it will take around 2-3 weeks to process your order. Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating estimated delivery time.
Home Furniture products: Please note that different country different states have different estimated shipping time. ETA of customization home furniture products will be vary. Standard domestic shipping in West Malaysia and Singapore takes an estimated about 2-4 weeks. Additional 5-10 days for remote areas in Pahang, Kelantan, Terrengganu, Kedah, Cameron Highland, Mersing, Kuala Rompin, Termeloh, Kayu Hitam, Perlis and etc might be vary; East Malaysia takes an estimated about 4-5 weeks. Additional 5-10 days for remote areas.
Home Furniture products (USA & Canada customers) : Standard shipping in the USA and Canada takes an estimated about 3-5 weeks. You may purchase express shipping for an additional fee. ETA of customization home furniture products will be vary.
If your order includes one or more pre-order items, we will hold your order and send it to you when all items are in stock.
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Alipay, FPX and WeChat Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
No sales tax, customers outside of Malaysia do not have to pay sales tax. Since our company is based in and operates in Kuala Lumpur City, we pay tax for sales generated in KUL.
Change your order
If you need to change your order due to wrong address, please contact us immediately. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll do our best to update your order in time. We process and ship orders quickly, so if our warehouse has processed your order, then we will be unable to make any changes.
Tracking your order
When we ship out an order, we will send an email with a package tracking number. You can use the number to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply logging into your account. If you have any trouble tracking your package, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we can help you track it.
We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed. Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouse for processing immediately after receiving them.
When special situation occurs, TIMESUPCO will update the latest information on our website and Facebook fan page.
During high season and sale, please allow up to 2 additional days for the delivery. Follow the information in your confirmation email for the latest update of your orders.
