Refund Policy


Product Refund 

Products sold are not entitled for refund. All products have stated measurement but there might be slightly 1cm - 3cm differences due to manual measured. Customers have the responsibilities to check the measurement for its best fit. All photos are edited, items might be different from the display photo. 

For home furniture, kindly refer to our customer photos for more accurate references. 

For other products, the color of product might be 15% different compared to the actual product. 

By shopping with us, you have agreed the above terms and conditions. 


Refunds are Allowed If:

  • Products are unused and not washed. 
  • Clothes tag are uncut.
  • Home Furniture are unassembled.
  • Products are defected, have hole or stain. (without bearing any cost)
  • Customers must bear the shipping cost if the refund reason is due to product color varies or product does not fit, the amount refunded will be added to your account credit, you may use it in your next purchase in Time's Up. Please bear in mind that the refundable amount is not in deposit/cash.

How to Refund Your Item(s)?

  • Take a picture of the defected item.
  • Send to our customer service : Time's Up
  • Provide photo(s) of your defected item and Order ID .
